Javon Hargrave, 32 year old who only played 3 games last year because of injury.
Jonathan Allen, 30 year old, played 7-8 games missed rest due to injury.
Ryan Kelly, 32 years old, missed 7 games due to injury.
Will Fries, 27 year old, started 5 games, missed rest due to injury.
Jeff Okudah, 26 years old, missed 9 games due to injury.
So glad we are playing on that rookie contract so the roster can be filled out with older, injured, awful players.
I typically shy away from speaking out on GMs and owners (save for the Pohlads) but the Kwesi hire has been nothing short of disastrous. He had one good off-season for FA signings and that's been just about it.

He’s got a long way to go with accuracy and he is totally inaccurate throwing on the run. Not just sacrificing YAC but throwing uncatchable balls. His mechanics need a lot of work.
@bigbeer Not saying he doesn’t need work on some things, but for his 3rd start I thought he did a lot of really good things. Made some absolutely big time throws and made some plays with his legs. Plenty of room to improve but I thought it was a really encouraging performance.

He's had 3 starts of course he has work to do. Not saying he's the next Rodgers but look at Erin's 1st 3 starts

What I've been saying is not a single one of us armchair QBs knows a thing about how good or bad he's going to turn out and writing him completely off as some had done is just silly.

I just want to see improvement week to week and obviously today was a huge improvement over the first 2 games against a team that has been punching us in the mouth lately. I trust that KOC is gonna keep him focused on the right things. He mentions JJs mechanics but never uses that word specifically.
@bigbeer Game one of a 10 game stretch & evaluation of JJ McCarthy went far better than anyone could have expected. And the D bounced back dramatically. Nine more to go. JJ needs to learn & progress week by week & stay healthy. By season’s end we will know if we have our franchise QB and the chance to really make some noise in the postseason while he’s still on a rookie contract (threw 2028).Yesterday was a encouraging first step! #SKOL

If we are being honest, by NFL franchise QB standards, 100 QB rating, yes he was pretty bad yesterday. He had a 82 passer rating which won't keep you in the league long. By serviceable NFL QB measures, couple year starter before a team moves on, 90 QB rating, he was even below that but getting closer.
Missed a handful of very simple passes that would have picked up nice chunk yardage. A big reason why his average competition was only 5.7 yards. Accuracy is still going to need a lot of work.
The real question is, was it a good game for him and his development? Yes, it was excellent something to build off of try to get some consistency going. Road game, very good opponent and he got it done. In a vacuum it was good for him and that is what is important right now but by no means was that a well played game by NFL standards.
And JJ the same under Darnold
Not really the same as ARodg/Favre and Love/ARodg, as league rules bar players on IR from participating in practices, so JJ didn't have the advantage of even a single season of practices to get up to speed, let alone 2 or more seasons ala ARodg and Love.

I don’t give a sh-t what his QB rating was, he went on the road and helped his team beat a heavily favored team who had beat the Vikings 5 straight times. He threw for 2 TD’s and ran the another. And with all the pressure in the world on him, on 3rd & 5, a situation caused by the stupid red zone play calling by his HC that preserved all 3 TO for the Lions & the failure of BFli’s D late to prevent a long TD pass when they were playing soft prevent D….in the clutch he made a precise throw to Nailor to seize the win!
