Twins lost their season opener as FYI. 3-4. Got down early, couldn't recover. Hard to get excited about this team we're not investing in improving at all and our strongest players will likely miss 60 games due to injuries and whatnot.
Not to mention not releasing a broadcast answer to a majority of their fanbase until gameday.

You give them more credit than I do. I assume same on sales of the streaming option and therefore delay as long as possible to get as many stream purchases as possible before announcing, oh yea, still on Fan Duel as always. I figured they didn't want to risk / cannibalize any possible sales by confirming anyone could watch on existing platforms.
Either way, they can't seriously want to sell asking $1.7B for a team valued at $1.5B carrying $425M in debt. And, YOU ONLY PAID $44M TO BUY THEM!!!!
Sell for $1.5B, agree to pay down 50% of the debt, take your $1.25B and be happy.

@youngeagle When you’re the 2nd richest owners in MLB and refuse to care about ever competing for another WS title because your CHEAP…you SUCK! Among the worst no question….
I kind of feel it goes:
1) Oakland
2) Chicago White Sox (though with Ishbira's (Sp?) decision, I think that's going to change
3) Minnesota
As my top 3 worst owners. Though, Minnesota may jump to #1 just based on not wanting to own or invest in the team but also not taking selling seriously. Putting a team that millions invest their time and money into, that gets public funding, that dictates the careers of certain players into a limbo of uncertainty is unfortunate.
Sacramento is the worst by about the width of the universe and its not remotely close. Oakand fans deserved so much better the past 10 years than what they got.
