I said this in the chat during the game, but here in SW Florida we are all in on the Rays! Can't wait for the new stadium in a few years as well. It's going to right next to where the Bucs play and also the Yankees spring training stadium. Vibe should be awesome.

Any other year I would've cheered for Tampa, hopefully they win one in the near future they've got a great org.
Having watched the Brewers come up just short vs the Cardinals in 7 back in 2011, the Dodgers in 7 series back in 2018, getting swept scoring 1 run vs them all series last year, that reverse sweep by the Braves in 2021, I just never figured I'd see this team win one much less in dominant fashion after being the best team all year. Not with that payroll. Same with some of those Oakland A's teams that were the best all year but would just lose to a team with 3 pitchers that cost their entire payroll, I just assumed some big city with $$$ would win it every year or maaaaybe some smaller city would get lucky in the playoffs to win it all. I'm happy for my friends who still live in that area and hopefully they go to the parade, Roll out the Barrel!
Here in SW Florida we were all in on the Rays...they just do it the right way...I'll always be a Twins fan, but the rays are fun to watch, too.
