Man, I am a hockey freak. I really, really like it. I would love to have a puck from the game. But that just isn't how you do that sort of thing. Get the puck, take a pic, and give it to the kid who is going to show everyone he knows. And that is if YOU catch it. Sounds like the kid did the work to get it. Crazy work. And then doubling and tripling down is wild.

I'm 50/50 on giving it to a kid. I caught a puck at a Gopher game. Sitting on the glass behind the goal. The puck was shot, hit the netting and landed between my feet. I picked it up and pocketed it to take home and display. The adult next to was on his hands and knees crawling around and I told him I already had it. If the fan (adult) keeps it or gives it away I don't care. Maybe he has kids at home or whatever. To each their own. Though you can watch youtube or tiktok and see videos all the time were grown adults wrestle pucks or baseballs aways from kids. Or a player points out a kid to toss the puck or baseball and another fans grabs it out of midair.

I posted the story on Reddit, and got some more feedback. Apparently when the kid shook it loose from the net, it landed in Bozo's lap, so, I can almost see him keeping it at that point. Still a dick move, but, not really as bad.

Just as dinkweed started to walk up the stairs and after verbally going after mom, guy in vest gave him the eyes that triple dog dared dinkweed to make a move. Would have enjoyed seeing that. 😉

I wrote in the Utah Snow Caps... Snow caps are ice and snow that cover mountain peaks. Though the Colorada Avalanche might have a problem with a logo. I kinda stole the name from a brewery in Helena, Mt name Snow Hop Brewery. There logo had snow on hops, though the brewery is no longer in business.
Utah has removed Wasatch as a choice and added Outlaws.

The Outlaws is an okay name but it literally means lawbreakers or fugitives from justice. Even the logo has a bandana pulled up like the guy's robbing a bank. So there's that.
If they can't use Yetis, they could have gone with the Utah Snowmen, which is at least unique.
Whichever one they go with, they're trending toward relieving the Wild of its last-place, ignominious name and logo.

Is it the cooler company that won't allow it? Seems odd since "yeti" is the name of a mythical (or not) creature and not a name invented for a specific company. I don't see why it would be an exclusive name.
