Twice Denver was in the crease without the puck being in the crease. One of the times they clearly hooked Luca's leg.

being serious now, that’s a big boy win for this team. Going into a big game, blowing the lead late and still coming out on top. Great win, and I’m really liking how this team is coming together the last three games. Playing good teams and winning.

In all seriousness though, fun and entertaining game. Obviously didn’t love losing a two goal lead, TWICE! But glad that the Gophers didn’t get down on themselves and stuck with it. DU is a good team and this is a big time win! Could really help our standing nationally as the season goes on. Really liked the intensity that the guys played with tonight. It was certainly not for lack of effort that DU pushed us to overtime. Some solid goals scored in a few different ways. I thought a lot of the players played well tonight but Moore really stood out to me. Gets an assist on the first goal, obviously the GWG, but throughout the game I noticed him just bulldozing DU players and getting after the puck. Love it! Luca was amazing in net and definitely stole that first period, possibly the game. Good on the team for buying in and blocking shots. Hope Gruba is ok and someone send Pahlsson to a shrink or something. That poor guy can’t seem to get out of his own head. But great weekend with the W tonight and football beating Wisconsin at home! On to Ohio State!
Little bummed out they went super passive on the EA sequence but glad to see them battle and pick up the win, especially against what’s going to be a top 2 seed line Denver team

If only there was a conference that held both of these teams. Maybe North Dakota and Wisconsin too. You could even throw the in a few more teams from Minnesota and possibly another from Colorado.
