Believe it or not, the Gophers own the series record vs NEB 38-25-3 despite NEB winning 16 straight between 1963 and 2012. The Gophers are 9-5 since NEB joined the B1G. They played fairly regularly back in the day until a gap of no games between 1990 and 2011.

The very first game I ever saw at the Metrodome was a MN vs OU. It was actually close. 13-7 OU and they were #2 in the country or something like that.
