So Jess doesn't go on the final 2 Gophers B1G road trips to cover the team,( and I don't think he was at Michigan either ) but he is in Milwaukee to cover the BADgers Holiday Tourney. Any bets if he will be at Michigan St in January or in Warroad for HDM? My money is on Warroad.... The Rink Live's coverage of the Gophers is no different the the Star Tribune this year. I love to make fun of Jess and his "questions" to Bob, but at some point he needs to start showing up to road games.

Looks like Amazon is going to buy into Diamond sports afterall
IF Amazon does take over Bally's (Diamond), I'm wondering if they will put the Regionals strictly on their streaming service. I'm not opposed to that, IF all teams stick with them and are available. I just don't want the Twins on one format, the Wild on another, etc. The downside for me is that I'm a flipper, and like to flip between games going on at the same time. Streaming makes that more difficult.

So if I have to buy Prime at $140 annually, and then spend another probably $20/month...? Again, probably not worth it for me. If it is included with Prime at $140, I would probably just get prime again and deal with it. But all these extra fees and everything are a hard pass.
Past years I have had MLB.TV. I haven't heard anything about whether or not it will be affected by all this.

It wouldn’t be a big deal if the streams were actually good. The buffering/lag is terrible on most streams. The Thursday night NFL games on Prime are brutal.

Here is the deal... ALL of the streaming could EASILY have less lag. We stream the GPL Podcast on YouTube and our lag is 15-20 seconds. If individuals can stream with such little lag, there is NO REASON that billion dollar companies could not do the same.

I saw chatter predicting the SB will eventually go to PPV. I personally think there's no way but nothing would surprise me anymore.
