Yes, when the puck entered the zone. But NCAA is delayed offside, and by the time anyone from Michigan touched the puck, everyone had tagged up.

The replay they showed, the puck enters offsides and the linesman initiates a delay. The Gophers clear the zone which negates the offsides (and that entry for purposes of replay). The puck re-enters the zone on a delay again, off a Gopher skate, which would negate possession, but it was also nowhere near the player anymore. The 2 Michigan players that were still in the zone when the puck entered, are clearly on the other side of the blue line and make contact with neutral ice before the Michigan attacker enters the zone and touches the puck. This isn't even a "hover" situation.
It was the correct call, and easy, which is why it was such a quick review.
