This game is such a mismatch lol. Idk if going for it on their own 45 (or whatever it was) was a great idea 😬. It was only a yard but the rams are a top 5 defense and your offense isn’t anything special. Im not typically a huge proponent of more conservative gameplans but when you’re clearly the worse team that’s probably the smarter approach.

Earlier this season Carolina beat the LA Rams 31-28 and are now ahead 24-20 early in the 4th quarter.
For 7+ quarters they have out played the Rams. If the Rams come back and win the first 7+ quarters will be forgotten.
IMO Carolina with a losing record didn't deserve to have a home playoff game but they have shown for the second time they can clearly play the Rams really tough.

The Bears and Packers have played three times in a little over a month (Sunday Dec 7, Saturday Dec 20, and tonight) in each game the Packers scored first and were up double digits at halftime. In all three games the Bears came storming back winning the last two and came very close in the first game. The Packers won the first game 28-21 when Caleb Williams with just over 20 seconds left missed a wide open receiver that would have scored a TD. The Chicago head coach said they would have gone for two and the win.
In the three games during crunch time (the 4th quarter and OT the second game went to overtime) the Bears repeatedly make huge plays while the Packers crap the bed.
Over the past four years the Packers are 8-9, 9-8, 11-6, 9-7-1 in the regular season and are 1-3 in the playoffs. Each of the last three seasons they have been the 7th seed.

I think firing Harbaugh (who won a SB) is ridiculous so anything is possible. They had a tough schedule early and started slow, QB was hurt, WR room is perpetually weak (Bateman is a drop machine). Fine fire some coordinators but maybe he “lost the room”?
Harbaugh lost Lamar. That was the straw that broke the camel's back.
Harbaugh is not going to some small/mid-market team. He's going big, because he can.

Baltimore the past two years are 13-4 and 12-5 winning a playoff game each season. Two years ago they lost in the AFC Championship game.
If Tyler Loop makes the 44 yard FG Mike Tomlin is likely fired. He still might be if they lose to Houston at home.
