The Packers got one of the most BS timeout calls I’ve ever seen. A clear false start was negated by a phantom timeout call that happened after the play.

Great play calling on that last drive by Dallas, playing to win

The only question was if the coach was yelling at the ref for a TO, which the replays didn't catch; the replay only caught the action.
When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.
There’s no reaction from that ref at all. Bad call.
The KC Chiefs have officially tagged in NE to re-take the AFC Crown, after NE tagged KC in a few years back. Colluding bastards. 😉

Bengals beating the Ravens? We're going to see cats and dogs living together soon....

The NFL is changing, Kansas City is falling apart, the Lions are falling apart, Chicago is rising, New England is coming back Philadelphia is stumbling
Aloha!
Bears beat Eagles 24-15
Aloha!
Chicago is 9-1 after starting the season 0-2. The Bears dominated the Eagles. Philadelphia had no answers for the Chicago running game.
First Downs - Chicago 28-14
Total Yards - Chicago 425-317
Rushing Yards - Chicago 281-87
Kyle Monangai 130 rushing yards
D'Andre Swift 124 rushing yards
Saquon Barkley 56 rushing yards
Does Rodgers ever admit blame and take responsibility for a play?!?!?! He overthrows his TE and is disgusted with his TE. And this happens all the time if a pass is incomplete.

Why start now?
The Bills finally figured out that it doesn't have to be all Jawsh. Let him "Cook."

The weirdest sack (missed kick EVER). How do you swing your foot and miss the ball by multiple feet? 🤔 Since he didn't touch the ball it technically doesn't count as a missed FG for the kicker instead it is a sack on the holder.
This sums up the Giants season perfectly!!!!

Is the kicker now out with a turf toe injury? 🤣 That would insult to injury!!!!!
If the playoffs started today, both Chicago (NFC) and New England (AFC) would be #1 seeds. Both #1 seeds are very beat able, and I would be surprised if they made it pass their divisional games.

I pretty much stopped listening to the morning show on KFAN back in June. Though today I had it on. Interesting comment they made from... From the start of Sept to the end a Nov, no NFL game can run past 5pm on Fridays or Saturdays. It's a rule in the books from the 1950's. The NFL wants to have a second Black Friday game. So, either the games would slightly overlap, or the NFL has to get the rule changed.
My money is on the rule getting changed.

They were close. Here is the actual rule.
The NFL generally cannot play games on Friday nights due to the Sports Broadcasting Act of 1961, which restricts broadcasting on Fridays and Saturdays from the second weekend in September until the second weekend in December to protect high school and college football. However, the league can schedule games on Fridays during the first weekend of September if it coincides with Labor Day.

What you quoted is exactly what they said… I just couldn’t remember exactly, so I kind of just briefly described it..
My money is still on it getting switched. The NFL is too much money and they want to monopolize it. The NBA use to have Christmas Day (if it wasn’t on a Sunday) to themselves. Personally, now if Christmas lands on a Thursday-Sunday. The NFL will have a game or games.
As it's a Federal law, they'd have to get Congress to change the rules, or lose their Antitrust exemption on coverage of those games (which they'll NEVER willingly do)

The law only affects games in the US. The NFL got around this this year as they played a game on a Friday in South America (Brazil I think)
They just had a game LAST Friday.... in Philly. Before the 2nd week in December if my calendar is accurate.
If it is a law restricting broadcasting of games, what does it matter which country the game is played in? The broadcast would still affect high school and college football the same as if it were played in the US.I pretty much stopped listening to the morning show on KFAN back in June. But, it was Friday afternoon, not evening. The law restricts from Friday evening through Saturday evening. The difficulty would be to get a 2nd game in on Friday that doesn't overlap with the early game. They just had a game LAST Friday.... in Philly. Like Steve mentioned, it’s a time issue. The broadcast has to be done by 5pm and I guess it’s 5pm ET.

Aloha!
Baltimore loses 27-22. The play below happened with less than 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter and was called incomplete. The Ravens on the possession ended up turning the ball over on downs.

That's why they play for 60 minutes.

CHI dropped from 1 to 7 seed, due to today's loss. WOW.

Yep but if Chicago wins next week at home against Cleveland and Green Bay loses at Denver the Bears go back into first place in the division and are the #2 seed in the NFC.
Tampa Bay lost at home to New Orleans who was 2-10 coming into the game.
Tampa Bay and Carolina are now tied for the NFC south division lead at 7-6 with 4 games to go. They play each twice in the last three weeks of the season.

Houston on 5 possessions in the second half, 5 punts, 4 three and outs, and 1 first down on a 3rd and 17.
Then in a 10-10 game with 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter Kansas City goes for it on 4th and 1.5 from its' own 31 yard line. An incomplete pass turns it over on downs and Houston drives the 31 yards to take a 17-10 lead with 7 minutes left.
Why not punt and play field position in a defensive game where your defense has dominated the second half?
The Chiefs season made have just ended. Seven minutes to find out if Mahomes can rescue his coach.
2 yds on 4th down? Stats say go for it. ANAL-ytics. 😉
Either way, HOU defense is so sick. It is their saving grace.

Kansas City goes 4 and out turning the ball over on downs again. This time they went for it on 4th and 4 from their own 41 yard line with 5.5 minutes left.
The strength of Houston's team is their defense yet Kansas City continues to go for it on 4th down and put their own defense in horrible positions.
Mahomes has thrown 8 straight incompletions/interceptions. The longest streak of his career.
That is a nice "Coffin Corner" kick, and that is a lost art.

I don’t care what the “analytics” say there KC lost the game with that decision.
That has to be the worst game in Mahomes career
Kansas City and Baltimore are both 6-7. The Chiefs have lost 4 of their last 5 games.
Current AFC seeding
Denver Broncos 11-2
New England Patriots 11-2
Jacksonville Jaguars 9-4
Pittsburgh Steelers 7-6
Wild Cards
Buffalo Bills 9-4
Los Angeles Chargers 8-4 (is at home against Philadelphia tomorrow)
Hoston Texans 8-5
Indianapolis 8-5 is the first team out.
