Quote: Walker? I Barely Know HerQuote: YoungEagleSurprised this game was selected for Gameday. Must have been few good options.
Nay, ESPN actually chose us over Florida-Georgia that day.
Probably overcorrecting a bit for last weekend's clown show where all 5 hosts picked Iowa and they didn't even bother discussing the matchup itself
I was listening to an espn pod with Scott Van Pelt and Stanford Steve. At the end they discussed where GameDay was going to be this week. They had no idea on Saturday night saying that there aren’t many good matchups. They just did two Big 12 games back to back, so Arizona at Texas Tech was likely off the table. Then they were at Georgia earlier this year and will probably go back later on, so they didn’t want to do them again. Plus that game is in Jacksonville and not at a home site.
