Coach in the post game interview said he really liked the way Thomas played.
Where do you find postgame?
He said that on the radio post game with Wally and Frank. Not sure if that is available anywhere.
Here is other postgame audio that Jup posted on X.

I'm 50% factual and 50% sarcastic. When you get to know me, you will know which is which.
Now the question is can they put it together for a whole weekend? Sweeps are hard to come by in the big ten this year and would be huge.
Road sweep would go a long way in the pairwise later on. Really hope they can win tonight.
If pitlick keeps playing like this he can start throwing his stick into the stands again!

If I can't start the game on the Fox Sports app, does anyone know if there is a way to record the game?
Otherwise, if I start watching the game from the beginning AFTER the game has started, will it abruptly stop playing when the actual game/broadcast is over? Bally used to do this once the broadcast ended, then I would have to back out and start the replay... But the problem is that the Fox Sports app doesn't upload replays for like a day or two...

dvr?
Agreed about Moore, it’s weird he almost seems like a better player off the puck. I think he’ll improve as the year goes on and get more comfortable/be more productive offensively.Gophers with a painfully slow start...thought it might be one of those nights. PSU was dumbstruck after MN scored twice on its first two shots. They looked defeated after that. It didn't help their cause that their forwards play on only three-quarters of the rink.
Minnesota with a potent, puck-hungry offense tonight and a great D structure as a team. I think it's the best two periods they've had all season.
The good news is that they are doing this without getting a lot from Moore. If he cones on in the second half, it will be like hitting the afterburner.
Also, must be noted that Airey traveled with the team this weekend and has been listed as the backup goalie both nights. Good to see.

BTN will send bb fans to an app/alternate channel or something to show opening faceoff, right?
??????
Penn State starting their other goalie tonight.
Laubach 1-0.

Crap. Do I need to take this new jersey off?
Welp.
That’s less than ideal.
Let’s see what the boys have in them. Next goal is critical.
End of 1, Gophs trail 0-2.

Not great to see the usually speedy Oliver Moore get beat back to the net on that second Penn State goal.
Gophers need to skate harder to the puck. Penn is beating them & then controlling play better.
Gophers need to start to create traffic in front instead of shooting from the perimeter. Go to the net...

The Gophers out shot Penn State 10-9 in the first period. Penn State doesn't get out shot very often with their style of shooting from every where.
This is indications that the Gophers had the puck more in the 1st period. Hopefully that leads to some goals. Snuggy is getting chances and I feel it is only a matter of time before he gets going.

What do you know? The two best chances the Gophers in the past couple of minutes involved having a guy in front of their net.
Kirwan 3-0.

Chesley….dude.
Seems like Penn St is just getting the bounces tonight. Last two goals were ricochets.
Ffs. Wheels are just falling off now.
Huglen takes his first career major (checking from behind). In his first 89 games 18 minor penalties.
Not to sound like a total defeatist but are we basically just in damage control at this point?
Pitlick shorthanded from Clark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pitlick 1-3, SHG.

Well that was the best possible outcome from that 5 min major! Bring the pressure and dominate the 3rd
Was only a matter of time before Pitlick scored a shorthanded goal this season. He has been a menace.
Rest of the game has not been fun.

Maybe not quite yet.
Beaut pass by Clark
The fact the Gophers survived the fact that they were gassed on the PK and didn't get scored upon is a win. Come out and get one early and then peck away.

Gophers kill off the 5 minute major. Gophers were short handed for 7 minutes that period (Penn State didn't take a penalty in the 2nd) and kill it all off.
Over the past 6 games the Gophers have given up only 1 power play goal on 12 chances. They've done a great job of staying out of the box they need to do that in the third period if they do they can come back in the 3rd. The short handed goal is huge especially if they get the next goal.
I like their energy but they’re still having trouble getting anything sustainable going in the offensive zone.
Bouquot 4-1.

Just not our night.
This game stinks.
