We lost a few posts from about 30 minutes ago when I removed a plugin and it messed up the entire SportPressPro plugin. Messing up a lot of things with the schedule and what not. I had created a backup right before (luckily) but some posts happened during the backup.
I will use the staging site to test what I was trying to do.

I use a plugin called SportsPress Free to handle all schedules, standings and whatnot. I upgraded to the Pro version of that software this week. When I delete the free version, all of the standard settings revert back when it is deleted. I now know how to fix that once it is deactivated.
So as I fix things, some pieces may look strange for a bit this evening.

How does one delete the list of photos that have been uploaded from the phone’s photo album to use in posts?
@cowgirl click My Media next to Attached Files below and you should be able to go through and delete things.

Maybe I’m missing something but I can select boxes, however the only options I’m seeing are to add files or insert into post. Where’s the delete button??!

Edit-- My lack of computer science again lead me a stray.
I thought I had a delete button, but it was another button on the bottom of the page.

There is a garbage icon for me. But there is a chance that I do not have the correct permissions setup for normal users. In all likelihood, I am just missing a setting somewhere.

Yep... There is a setting to allow you to delete older images. For some reason when I enable it, it will not save. Let me look in the backend database and see if I can change that.

@jupiter it appears if you delete a photo from the list it is also deleted from any posts it was in. Oops.
Just did a few updates.
I updated the main php backend software from 8.0 to 8.1. I also updated the message board software as well.
Let me know if you see any problems or get any errors.

I get an error when it first loads (the type you get when a page is offline) but then it refreshes a few seconds later and pops the site up.

Hmmm... I have not seen that one. In fact, I haven't seen any. I really thought we would since updating php and the message board updated to the same php as well.

This just started happening today... When I access GPL using my laptop, a pop up ad appears from the bottom of the screen. The ad changes every time I go to a different thread. It has a down tab (v) and if you hit it it will then disappear unless you hit the up tab. If I open another window on my laptop, and access GPL on a second window, it does not appear on GPL on that second window. If I access GPL on my phone, it doesn't happen. Is this something on my end or has anyone else experienced this? This only happens on GPL and none of the other sites I visit.

Whoa... Just noticed that myself. Looks like Google decided to just do their own thing. Which they have done in the past.
I'll go try to get that taken out right away.

Yep... Google had turned on "Auto Optimize" on July 1. Started running an "experiment". I turned it off, but it will take a little while for it to stop showing.
They did something like this a few years ago. Just another reason to hate Google and how intrusive they love to be.

I think there's a bug somewhere in the software. Looks like page 6 of the UND thread is kicking up hundreds of errors on the post of the video you made with a link to youtube.
It also seems there other HTML errors on the page that prevent editing and quoting posts. Not sure what's going on. Have you seen this before?
That pops up every now and then when some embed (or maybe quote?) doesn't go in quite right.

Honestly, that's what I was trying to edit. I noticed it on my phone but not on the computer. It would not let me click the edit button despite my best efforts.
