They would have to push the whole playoff schedule including the SB back a week. You can’t make those teams somehow squeeze in the game (on like Wed?) and then still play a playoff game that weekend.
They can push the playoffs back a week and just not have a bye between the conference championships and the Super Bowl. It would be pretty impossible to move the Super Bowl back a week this late in the season and timing.
The NFL did this during the 9/11 season and as I remember the SB teams were not happy about having to prepare and do the crazy amount of media they have to. It’s not really fair to the SB teams to reduce the gap to 1 week

My guess… The neutral site probably will be Detroit or Indy. Centrally located and both are Domes. And Detroit can’t host a playoff game even if they make the playoffs.
I've seen Baltimore fans complaining cause now they can't win the AFC North and host a playoff game. If Cincy would've lost the Buffalo and lost to Baltimore. The Ravens would've won the North hosted a game as the #3 seed.
