So is it normal for players to be told they’re second tier and to leave ice time for top players? I’ve never heard of this. Does the Wild or the men’s Gopher team say, sorry guys, you need to stop hogging ice space because you’re not as good as…. Does ANY sport? I mean people are fully aware were they rank amongst their team but isnt it the coach’s job to make all players improve? JC, that team sounds like a hot mess and it 🤬me off because it will be used to criticize women’s hockey or women’s sports in general: The Mean Girls +an obnoxious coach=great team bonding. Not.

Seriously, what kind of BS is this? They're professional athletes, on the roster and everything, and he's degrading them because they need to let "better" players get the reps in practice?
