Maggie Nicholson confirmed returning for her 5th year.
Isa Goettl to Bemidji State
Looks like Josie Hemp is headed to Vermont.
Reading the social media tea leaves it seems like Tatur may go to RIT.
Josie Dunne settles on close to home at Lindenwood. May the hockey gods give her an injury free time there.
Emily Zumwinkle in the portal!!!
Also Olivia Mobley.

Is this one a big surprise?
I’d say yes. From the outside looking in, kind of a bad look. Not a great player, but solid I always thought. Came off as a bleed maroon and gold type. Doesn’t seem like a playing time issue as the roster currently stands. Three “D” out (M. Wethington, Stewart and Neunzert), four in (Graham, Primerano, Kosobud and Humphrey). Graham and Primerano definitely play, Kosobud probably and Humphrey I’m not as sure.
Makes me think there are roster things in motion we don’t know about yet.
Only one RHD on next year's roster and it's Kosobud.
Olivia Mobley is a good player. Any chance she could be headed to Minnesota?

I second that. She should get good ice time and I hope she has a fun year.
Parenthetically, I believe Lindenwood leads the country in time sitting on a bus.

Looks like Mercyhurst is the final destination.
Gophers pick up a transfer in Krista Parkkonen, a defender from Vermont with two years of eligibility remaining.

Whoops, looks like a two-for-one also picking up Catamount forward Natálie Mlýnková. Natálie has one year of eligibility. She was named to the all-tournament team at the recently concluded Women’s World Championships while playing for Czechia.

Gophers Add Pair of Transfers to Bolster 2024-25 Roster
@iceburg Sounds like they've both established that they deserve a chance at a bigger program.
We’ll see what happens. I have about a .057 lifetime average with my scoops.
This might bring me up to about .061. This could be the best duo out of Vermont since Darryl and Darryl.
Emily Zumwinkle to OSU.

…..well, kind of
The Bulldogs could be pretty interesting this season.

Concrete install? What was it before?
I didn’t read the whole thing. I assumed they replaced the whole system, floor, refrigeration and all. There are rinks out there with sand floors.

Aloha!
and what about the Men’s team on Hockey Day Minnesota 2025
Not mentioned in the announcement
Looks like the women's game will be our home game as they will play the night before at Ridder.
Guess it was an easier sell for us to lose a home game gate.
Sydney Morrow?
Sydney Morrow?
Was wondering if, in fact, it's confirmed that she is joining the Gophers. It had been speculated about on USCHO...

Had seen the speculation you are referring to. Add to that the GWH Instagram account started following her in the past few hours and……..
The Sydney Morrow thing has gone pretty quiet. Not to jinx things, but I’m hearing it’s probably happening. If so, it puts the ribbon on one of the most interesting off seasons the program has had in some time.
The only right-handed blueliner on the roster is Kosobud, so especially someone of Morrow's caliber would be quite welcome.
It seems as if the GWH Instagram account is no longer following Sydney Morrow. Doesn’t seem like a good sign.
Maybe they're just not ready to announce it yet.
We got her. Official.

Very nice!
As a Connecticut resident it is very cool to see someone from the state playing for the team I root for.
