Silver car probably rear ended the SUV who may have been stopped or nearly so and it somehow kicked up and the faster moving car with a lower front end continued to slide underneath. Came across something not too dissimilar on vacay this summer; didn’t witness it live but it had clearly just occurred - a pickup truck was stopped waiting to turn left and the driver behind clearly didn’t notice and half the car was under the back half of the truck.
Nowhere did I say I was ok with it. I find it pretty disturbing and just now the public is hearing about. The initial bust happened in 2024. And after a lengthy investigation and grand jury, they are finally being charged.
Penn State in the news again. 13 former or current students and 1 parent charged with disturbing cocaine.
I think the fun started here; suspect you got spell checked to "disturbing" and you were probably trying for "distributing".

Has anyone with FF ticket priority received an email yet about tickets? I know they usually start selections in October.
In 2024, I got my email telling me about my priority on Sept 20th with my priority date on Oct 9th. IIRC, last year was about the same... Patience my friend. 😀

Anyone else still have a yahoo email account and experiencing awful spam filtering? It’s been atrocious lately. Daily phishing emails (half of them with a title about senior retirement and social security, neither of which I’m remotely close to 🤣) that make it through and usually three or four more in the junk folder, along with a few in the trash folder because I’ve blocked their email address. Sadly I cannot report them using my Apple mail app. yeah yeah it’s yahoo…but I’ve had it since college and it would be a monumental pain to migrate everything to a new email.
I have a yahoo email (for most of my online shopping, and stuff like electricity/cable bills) and it's always spam-o-riffic. For important stuff, I use gmail, which is much better.
When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.
I also have a yahoo which I mostly use only for recovery backup, but have a few items from back in the day that are still active. I have not noticed an increase in spam.
I mean I’ve won free mowers and yard carts and have fifty protection packages from geek squad (and one from gook squad). I’m set for life, especially since they’ve got me covered in retirement too! 😂
I do have several Gmail accounts too but none of this phishing crap gets through there. They just send you ads based on things you’ve purchased. The times we live in I guess. 🤷♀️

Well, four or five will be Spanish, which a lot of people in the US do speak. A couple more will be English. And yeah, there may not be a ton of Korean, Japanese and Czech speakers, but those teams DO still have fans that may be getting the very same feed, plus, just because most people in America can't speak those languages certainly doesn't mean that nobody does.
If they're going to put the mics on coaches for English speaking teams, they really should for all teams.

I’m surprised more stories like this doesn’t happen more often. Especially in rural and farming communities. I look back on the stuff we did out on the farm. And stuff you didn’t think twice about. And how more people didn’t lose a body part or was seriously injured is surprising.

They drive like a tank with a handle for each wheel. They can turn in a circle with zero turn radius (one wheel moves forward and the other in reverse), essentially spinning in a circle without having to move the mower forward or reverse allowing you to make as tight of a turn as needed to get around a small tree in one pass.
If I had a bigger yard and space to store one I would buy one today.
I knew a guy who got his hand under a mower a few years back (worked as a landscaper). His hand injury was gruesome and took months to heal. The scarring was so bad it required multiple follow up surgeries to cut away the scar tissue to give him SOME range of motion.
Took a few days off and I see Gator has been banned. What did I miss?!
