While going to Home Depot for my second time today (I think my record is 4 or 5 times in one day). I saw a guy towing a flatbed trailer while driving a Tesla. I parked and walked over to ask him about towing in a Tesla. I asked what kinda battery life he gets. He said in this case it’s not to bad, cause it was a flatbed trailer with only a rototiller. Though when he pulls is full size boat, it takes close to 50% of his battery. I’m not a Tesla or electric vehicle fan at all. I can see having one for to and from work. Or just buzzing around town. Though for as much as I travel long distances. It would be a pain in the butt to find charging stations and hope they have vacancies. Though my two youngest kids play a game we call ‘Tesla’. You get a point for every Tesla you see and call out before someone else. 2 points for a Tesla Cybertruck. And 5 points if you find a Tesla parked at a gas pump… lol!!! You should how crazy it gets when we pass a car lot with Teslas or a charging station.
My daughter will be a freshman at the U in the fall. She really wanted to get student season tickets for Gopher hockey, but they are sold out already (WTF?). Does anyone know if more season tickets open up closer to the season? If not, are single game student tickets easy to get? She's really bummed about it.

congrats! Yeah apparently last year (following the 2024-25 season) the student season tix sold out in <10min haha. Single game tix are always available though, and nobody will stop her from migrating into the student section if she ever has to get a regular ticket.
tell her to keep tabs on the Facebook resale groups, I graduated in 2021 and that was how I was always able to get tickets at ~close to face value for every single sporting event. Even that PSU upset in 2019 and the following week's Axe game/College Gameday.
also if she joins Greek life, people in her chapter will be offering tix they can't use

yeah it snuck up on us daughter’s freshman year as well. (That didn’t happen again😁) like walker mentioned there’s always tickets available even just friends that know someone so she just gets word out and she’s fine. Congrats to you! I’m jealous, she’s a senior already and miss the beginning of it all. Such a great campus and it’s been a blast for me. Enjoy it as much as possible I wouldn’t trade those times for anything.😁

Restaurants menus have on the menu an entree and it either comes with a meat or you can add a meat. Though now the wait staff ask “what protein would you like”… lol!!! I just roll my eyes and shake my head when I hear it… lol!!! It’s like saying beef/pork/chicken/shrimp is forbidden.
I watch a fair amount of bbq videos on You Tube and I do find it annoying when the person keeps referencing what they are cooking as a protein. I get it...it is...but really it's a damn brisket! Call it such.
I haven't been to a restaurant yet where they ask me the protein question yet.

That's a possibility, but given that the only visible damage to the white SUV in the picture is to the front end, I struggle to see how it could have been T-boned.
It looks to me like the white SUV drove over the front end of the dark car...

That certainly could be, as well. To me, it looked mostly like things twisted enough that the hood got popped, but you're definitely correct about the lack of damage on the drivers side.
