Man has that program been gutted by early departures and the transfer portal. Couldn't happen to a better school!
The Whioux is an example of what happens if you rely on the portal to fill in your roster and don't have recruits to keep filling in the roster. I just don't think you can win that way in hockey. They will once again have a new goalie and 8 new defensemen, and chances are that will not work.

Michigan State did it in football...worked for a year they gave the coach a 10 year eleventy billion dollar deal and last year they were not good. It is a short term solution at best so you better hope to hit it big the year it works or you are playing with fire.

Honestly the potential departure who most interests me is Truscott. If he's not back and you're left with Casey and the island of misfit defensemen, that team has no questions answered from this year and last.
