Well... I TRIED to drop the couple YT videos comparing the hockey coaches that got pucks off the face vs the soccer coach that dropped like he'd been shot after a paper airplane clipped the side of his head, but apparently the soccer league blocks it from being embedded.

I thought I read somewhere that it would be the 1st weekend of the B1G playoffs.
It borders that last weekend of the regular season or the 1st weekend of the BIG playoffs. So I’m sure that’s why the BIG and Ohio State isn’t flirting with the idea. If the Stadium Series game was in Jan. or early Feb, I’m sure it could be a different story.
The Islanders had that game in hand till the last 4 minutes of the 3rd. OT was no question a goal. Though if that was a BIG game, it would have been reviewed for 25 minutes and depending on what crew was officiating, who knows what they would’ve called.

In a fight, I would take Seeler. If it were a tough man contest with chopping wood, pulling an airplane and wrestling a bear, Lindgren wins easily. 🤣

It doesn't have to be punches to the head. That is the biggest misconception out there. It just takes a hit to the body in general to rattle the brain. As long as the brain shakes around in the skull, due to WHATEVER reason, that's trouble.

If I were king and made the rules... 5 minutes + DQ, and automatic suspension until reviewed for additional games (during business hours Mon-Fri, starting 24 hours after the game in question)
And, of course, I'd have hired Shanahan and given him free reign to impose proper discipline rather than the owners chasing him out because he was laying down real penalties.
