And as weird as it may sound, Favre and Rogers are two players on the opposite ends of the spectrum. Vikings fan hated Favre only because he played for GB. Vikings (and most NFL fans) hate Rogers cause he played for GB as well as being so many not so nice adjectives included in mentioning him.
@gator the thing with Rogers (just speaking for myself) is more about him recently having poor chemistry with his receivers and showing them up with his body language when sometimes it’s on himself. He’s so egotistical. He doesn’t like training camps (nobody does) but yet expects receivers to read his mind when they haven’t had time together. He’s himself first, team second.

Agree… So many times this past year, the pass was his fault and his body language said differently. I honestly don’t think Rogers has ever took blame.

Doing that after drafting Caleb Williams would be peak dumpster fire for sure and even the Bears aren't that incompetent.
I haven't seen anyone mention this yet, but there is a potentially beautiful scenario where the Vikings sign Rodgers and he just sits on the bench with a clipboard all year because McCarthy is minimally serviceable and the Vikings coaches think a serviceable rookie is better than Rodgers... That would make me equally happy.

I can see if you’re a casual listener where you might think it’s real. Though the fact that there’s no images of Carl and he’s never been in studio or anywhere else is a giveaway. Though they did have that bit where he was coming to the State Fair and he broke down on 94 somewhere in Wisconsin in his RV.

At what point does a team like the Rams take Sanders? A team with an established QB but who has 2-3 years left? Why not use a 3rd or 4th rounder on him?
As I just stated, I don't pay close attention to football these days, but, there's no way he doesn't get drafted. Someone will take the shot at it with a 3rd/4th round pick (with the much lower money involved than a 1st rounder) and be willing to cut ties if dealing with the garbage is too much.
He'll get drafted, and as @steve-mn said, the team will use the "round picked in" as leverage for lower pay.
