The Hockey Lodge told me they do not modify jerseys, and "aren't allowed" to do anything to jerseys other than the ones they sell. I explain that I bought it from the Hockey Lodge and they could look it up on my account. Nope. Only fanatics jerseys that they currently sell. Additionally they told me they only do the 'heat press' names and numbers now. My stitched on letters and multi-layer numbers are, according to them, not offered.
Does anyone know a place that would do this? I don't know anyone else that would have access to the numbers and letters. Pretty disappointing that they wouldn't be willing to do that. I guess it must be what they have to do since the Fanatics jerseys have flat, ironed on logos and numbers.

I suggest you do a search like "jersey lettering in my area" and see what pops up and start contacting. The hard part will probably be finding a place willing to do one since they typically do team orders but you never know. Way back in the last century when I worked at a sporting good store in Woodbury we worked (IIRC) with Advanced Lettering in Newport when we did custom lettering for teams, etc.

I am in progress of getting a number kit; be advised both are extremely busy - I paid for expedited shipping on the kit and it’s now been over a week and it still isn’t done The stitch shop is about two months out. Both have been extremely responsive to questions though and a friend has used them and had great results.
Good to know about the hockey lodge because I was originally going to use them but they are more expensive and extremely slow, and I also wanted stitching and not heat press.
I have a road white Fiala and wanted to change it to Yurov; I’m just going with duct tape to modify the name on that one 😆 but also have a reverse retro I’m getting altered with the above mentioned places.

No, it’s getting harder to find stitching all around I believe and I’m sure less profit doing individual orders vs. team ones (and team orders usually get priority).
I think that is one of many reasons vintage went out of business - they were inundated with team orders with one seamstress doing all the work. Also, I think the company that made the machines that were used to make the letters/numbers also folded so that added another layer of difficulty in getting maintenance for the existing machines.
Speaking of vintage - I heard from him a few weeks ago that you can still get what’s left of inventory on the site - but when I followed up with questions about a couple jerseys and if I could get something before Xmas - crickets. I wouldn’t be confident ordering a jersey that you’d ever get it and I certainly would not try to get customized through them. 🤷♀️

FYI - Not every game on ESPN+ is available that way, it is a bit random. There have been games that are locked as well.

If you want to get pedantic and say what Zuccarello did should be a penalty, then you don't get to overlook the fact that McCarron skating 75 feet across the rink to start the altercation and punch Zuccarello in the face isn't also a penalty. It's simply poor understanding of the game by an official who is paid to understand the game. He rewarded McCarron for starting an altercation. this is literally what every guy who takes a bad penalty tries to do is get someone to come with them, even if its unrelated. They called Mccarron for slashing Zucc and Zucc for slashing Mccarron. its dumb from Zucc. Its dumb from the official. It can be both. It's why you never leave things in the hands of the refs as it can burn you. Just effin skate away from him and go to the PP. If we called every punch to the face that happens post a penalty or a scrum in front of the net, thats fine with me as well as long as its consistent.
yes i'm going to guess after the ref probably wants the call back given its a ton of embellishment. Maybe its something they look at adding or tweaking to make penalties reviewable by coach's challenge. I have no issue with them calling Zucc for something for two handing someone. As a forward, I would love it if they had called every time i got hit in the face in front of the net or after a scrum, but they don't. They will, however, call every time you two hand someone in the middle of their body or above with your stick. Feels like a worse call because he acts like a child touching a hot stove and like his career may be over (Mccarron is a POS actor and I HATE that part; this isn't soccer).

While I like the Yurov, Trenin & Tarasenko RED LINE..I don’t like Hartman centering Kaprisov and Zuccy. He hasn’t earned playing in the 1st line C spot & he’s inconsistent in his play.
