Let’s do this Twins!

CC!
When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.
Correa RBI double in the first gets the Twins on the board early!
Whewwwwww that looked like a tater at first.

The OF didn't even move on that HR. That ball was GONE.

Farmer now has more career post season RBI and than Joe Mauer.
With his first career post season hit.

He got all of that one. Twins doing tonight against Valdez what they failed to do yesterday - punishing misses early.
Keep roping the ball boys.

Alvarez is one of my favorite hitters to watch in all of baseball.
I read this article last year but it is still one of my favorites
The Astros starter is a lefty so Julian starts the game on the bench Polanco moves to his natural position 2B opening up Farmer to play 3B with Lewis still DHing.
Twins fans saying you got to start Julian (even though all season he hasn't played much against lefties) he is much better than Farmer.
There are reasons why the Twins platoon guys they know what they are doing.
Announcers were also saying that Valdez lets chirping get to him, so the Twins bench have been yelling "BALL!" and such, trying to get in his head.

Lopez is looking sharp so far.
CC does it again to move to 5-0.
Lovin' it!

Lopez, IF he continues like this, should get a CG, but we all know that won't happen.

CC is on fire.
2-2 w/RISP
Rest of team 1-24, I think I saw.

Hard to see a lane for Correa there, but again that whole rule is obscure as hell and pretty much pointless.
Feels good to have Polanco at 2B. So much better.
Pablo is the cat's meow
Jfc
Can’t explain it, but I felt that coming.
It wouldn’t be the Twins if it was easy.
Guessing that comment was on the HR. I'm streaming, so a little behind.

I was wrong. I can totally explain it. It was Alvarez.
Always laugh at fans boo’ing tie strike or ball call from 30’+ away.
Keep your stick on the ice...
Let's go!
Shades of 87? Or too soon? I think 91 was a good team. 87, not so much...

The BP as of late...get to them after the 6th or 7th, like you're supposed to...it's over. I still think it's a long(er) shot, but hey, let's roll those dice and play the game.

Well that was impressive
His ability to throw however hard is necessary to get the runner by a step is incredible.

CC is the clutch player that makes clutch plays at exactly the right time. A down year? Ok, yeah, a bit, however...look what he did post-season, so far.

Can we finally start to give some credit to the GM and manager for putting this team together?
The best part is this is a young team. They will likely be good for a while. Just look at how much they have improved in the second half of the season. They were 42-29 after the All-Star break which is a 96 win pace.

was it the Correa at bat? Cuz they were booing him.

Half the lineup is young'ns. Who happen to be very good.

The St. Paul Saints had a very good season with good prospects that will likely help the team next season.

I mean anyone who doesn't give credit to the people in charge are just being argumentative. They deserve all the kudos.

No it was several border line pitches and even pitches that were clearly balls, the Astro fans boo'ed. And it's not a shot at Houston fans. It happens at all baseball stadiums. Fans have not clue... they just boo a call to hear themselves boo and everyone else is doing it. It's very s****** like.

I was surprised they didn't review it but I also hate that rule so I'm kinda glad they didn't.
I had just tuned in after some kerfuffle about Correa - what happened?
The Astros fans are just booing him because he's their former leader and so far through two games this series has been a killer against them. Typical fan stuff.
The non-review was on a single where Correa got thrown out at the plate trying to score from 2B on a single to end the inning. The "Blocking the plate" rule could have been reviewed by the umpire crew because the C didn't appear to give Correa a clear lane to slide to but they didn't review it and I'm glad they didn't.
