Canada is the answer. They weren't looking for x amount of acreage. Canada just has a TON of "frozen tundra" in relation to farmable land.

I never said Canada was the wrong answer. It’s the amount of farmland aka acreage that surprised me. I wouldn’t consider frozen tundra farmland either. Though depending on the season and the condition of the soil someone can grew something that had a shorter growing season.
