Yep... We think you actually need to visit a thread first before it can do this. Obviously this is a new software, so it does not know your past. So even though you may have mark all as unread, you still need to have visited the threat first in order for it to work.

So I noticed my avatar note showed the entire image instead of the cropped image I set for the forum. This made the image harder to see, so I changed it. When I go to my profile the large avatar near the top is the updated one, but further down (and on all my posts) it is still the old one.
One thing I am seeing (and maybe it's just me/my system): If a thread is longer than 32 pages, the selection to skip ahead to a page doesn't seem to work.

Nevermind. I just went back to test it, and I think it's just that I tried changing pages a little too soon. It is loading the whole list of pages to scroll through now.

I am noticing that some topics are messed up. Likely some code within a post from the old phpBB board or even the bbPress board. If you see messed up looking threads, let me know. I'll close them.

I am seeing that when you click on a topic, it loads the first page, then a few seconds later loads you into the last page (and it's going to the first unread post for me after that). Not an actual problem, just a quirk we need to get used to.

Looks like the user default is UTC. I changed mine to UTC -5, and it looks right (go to your settings, and it's one of the options on the main page there). Not sure how this handles Daylight Savings Time, though.

-5 is daylight savings time. 
I know what you mean though. It appears that it doesn't. Likely have to change it to -6 in November.
Edit: Unless Jup finds another hidden setting, of course!

Interestingly some of my posts have the edit/trash button and some do not, even since you’ve posted. Weird.
It looked like you can edit posts that are stand alone, not ones where you have quoted….but since posting this that changes so I think Steve you are correct with the editable for a certain time? ?♀️
when entering to the next line it still does not autocapitalize. The double tap period is also inconsistent. ?♀️?♀️

That is one thing the New Topics/Posts does not do. No pagination. Sorry.

Last night I went through an loaded basically every thread and moved to the last page, and today, the "go to last post" does seem to be working, so, over time as you load threads, that function will start working.
As noted earlier, "Mark all read" does not seem to work for this, you have to actually load up the thread (likely load up the last page, but I didn't test this specifically)

I am betting that some of the behavior is due to my clearing the forum cache all the time. Each time I tweak a setting, I clear the cache. Once the cache is not cleared out so much, the system will start working better on an individual level.

Was sick of the empty avatars, so I added a plugin that gives anyone without an avatar.... An avatar. It gives you a letter avatar that goes off the first letter in your username. If you have your first and last name listed in your profile, it will use those initials. The color is random.

FYI... I added a field to the profiles that require you to enter the coach's name. This was done to help me identify spammers when they register. If it is answered wrong, I know they are bogus. The only thing is that whenever you try to save in your profile, it may ask you to fill in that field. In theory you can add anything you want since I only look at the field to approve users. But I just thought I would give all of you a heads up.

That is usually my experience with boards like this. I always pick a city that is close (often Chicago) and it automatically updates.

I have figure out how to get the old school GPL emoji's in to the big section at the bottom right of the replay box. (next to the giphy icon). I did a small text where I added a few to the "Default". So when I get the chance, I will get rid of the emoji in the toolbar and move all to the one in the corner. I will bring back some oldies as well once I do this.

I don't think this is actually a problem, just a quirk: The "Recent Posts" highlights all posts in a given thread as "New" if there's a new post, even the posts you've already seen get the tag.
