@steve-mn That is not actually very rare. All you need is 23 people in a room to have a 50% chance of two people having the same birthday, or in this case, day of death, so, almost doubling the number of people in this case, not very rare. The July 4th part, on the other hand, is what gets me for those deaths.
True... But to have two prominent people that coached for the same team, were analysts for the same team and on top were beloved by all. It is still got to be rare no matter what the statistics say.

I enjoyed listening to Dan on the podcast and especially in the overtime portion. He is a self aware individual. Understood his role on the Gophers and seemed pretty plugged in with the university in general. Cool to hear his perspective.
When he would put on his glasses and talk at times. He reminded me of his dad a lot.
