Bills left tackle holds Hunter to prevent him from getting a sack and Allen runs for 22 yards.
Peterson with 2 picks in the end zone, that’s really not good for Allen.
Down by 17 in the 3rd quarter. Cousins and the Vikings win on the road against one of the best teams in the NFL.
Vikings beat the Super Bowl favorites and the refs, how ya like ‘em now!
I was led to believe they were going to get “stomped”…
Ok. I am stunned by this.
Josh Allen fumbles in the last minute of regulation to give us a go ahead defensive TD and then throws a OT interception (his 2nd of the game) in the red zone to end the game. Thank you Buffalo for playing him. ?
Vikings - 33
Buffalo & Stripes - 30 (OT)

Do we root for Green Bay now? I don’t know if I can do that, but it helps they’re playing the Cowboys.

I went and looked, they were down by 17 with 1:35 left in the third when Cook broke off that 81 yard TD.

Gotta be honest, it’s an issue…
Bills left tackle holds Hunter to prevent him from getting a sack and Allen runs for 22 yards.
Buffalo got away with a couple of holds when the pocket closed on Allen and he took off running.

Let them play to a tie.

Also not really a fan of Allen lowering his shoulder and running over guys cause you know if a defensive player lights him up they’re gonna call a penalty.
Yeah I think I’ve seen enough.
I did keep watching, because in-laws that wanted to watch were over. At this point I definitely adjusted my attitude, though. Lesson learned I guess.
I'm 50% factual and 50% sarcastic. When you get to know me, you will know which is which.
SO many thoughts on the game, but I will keep it short. For the record, I watched the game at Back Channel Brewery, and was the only BUF fan there in a PACKED environment, and everyone around me agreed with my assessments of the game.
Overall, the penalties were even, BUT they were in favor of BUF in key situations, which DEFINITELY changed the game.
JJ and Stefon...JFC, they showed why they are the best with some of those catches they made.
WTF was Kirk thinking on those 2 INTs?!
Jawsh didn't really throw deep all game...so that injury is affecting him somewhat.
Hey, Vikings fans (well, many of you) ARE YOU LEGIT NOW?! Just sayin'.
*parentvoice* I'm not mad. I'm disappointed. See you in February. 😉
Edit: at the end of the 1st quarter, I said, and I directly quote, "I'm afraid of 4th Quarter Kirk."

His name is Kirko Chainz
I prefer Kirk Thuggins.

I like Big Kirko best.
The penalties were far from even, between calls and non-calls there 7-8 obviously wrong calls that went against the Vikings, a couple in key situations especially the inexplicably not stopping inside the last 2 minutes to look at the Davis catch that should have been overturned. I don’t usually get too fired up about officiating cause they do a decent enough job and the questionable calls usually even out. This was not that and those dingus’ should be called out by the league.
Allen didn’t throw deep because the Vikings are playing a zone shell to take away deep passes (and defensive holding calls). It’s almost to the point of being a prevent defense sometimes until the offense gets inside the red zone so underneath passes are often available if you’re willing to be patient. The prevent they went into on the last Bills drive of regulation was ridiculous, on a bunch of catches there were no defensive players within 10 yards of the receiver.
When I say the penalties were even, I meant total called, hence me pointing out the situations in which they were called.
When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.
And prevent defense just prevents a win. If you've held them doing what you are doing, KEEP DOING THAT. Pet peeve of mine

QBs running have such an advantage. Defenders have to ease up with the threat of the QB sliding or running out of bounds. So they ease up with the threat of the slide or running out of bounds and QB puts his shoulder down knowing he can get a few more yards.
Keep your stick on the ice...
I think it was Harrison Ford, I mean Smith (yes the announcer said Harrison Ford at one point lol) that let up when Jawsh slid. Harrison had him TEED UP, but last second held up. Tremendous adjustment on Smith's part.

Prevent drives me nuts especially against the elite QBs.

Never a doubt

Reading the last 2 pages of this thread is hilarious!

I went and looked, they were down by 17 with 1:35 left in the third when Cook broke off that 81 yard TD.
When he scored, I said that's the worst thing that could have happened for Buffalo...it was like a return for a TD...hardly any time off the clock.
Aside from the Vikings cashing in on a 1 in 10,000 chance of a fumbled snap for TD, gunslinger Allen made two brutal 4rh quarter mistakes in the red zone. They probably should have kicked a FG on the first one.
Having seen every BUF game this season, BUF HATES to punt. They like to go gung-ho/try and stop us. Mixed reviews so far.

That was a rare game where it felt like both teams deserved to win but also both teams deserved to lose.
JJ doing JJ things!!!!
The oohs and ahhs and WTFs from the crowd...everyone admitted, one cannot hate on these catches today. Unreal.

Figured it out:
Vikings/Bills are Neo/Agent Smith from The Matrix. Prove me wrong. 😀

Hmm. This might be an unpopular opinion, but I pick Weaving over Reeves.

Weaving was beyond spectacular, while Reeves was merely really effing good.

This video covers all the way from 2:00 left in the 4th to the end of OT. Unbelievable amount of tension, big plays and big moments.
It was an incredible game, mistakes and successes by both teams in the 4Q and OT. Honestly, the only two games in recent (relative to overall NFL history) memory I can think of was last year's BUF-KC score fest, and the TEN-LAR SB (the 1-yard game).

Just saw that on the first and goal play from the 2 in OT after the JJ catch, the Bills had 12 men on the field and the refs missed it. Cook ran for 0 yards on that play, Cousins was sacked on the next play and they ended up kicking the field goal.

Mr Armadillo had pointed that out to me earlier. NO ONE caught it. Not the fans, the refs, anyone. Very similar to the Wolves only having 4 men on the court a few days ago, b/c D-Low was being an idiot.

Senior Dillo
I was driving the youngest home from hockey and was listening to the end of regulation in the car. The highs and lows in Paul Allen were incredible. He was resigned to the loss just before the turnover in the end zone. Saying it was a moral victory to be this close to beating Buffalo on the road.
We pulled up to the house just as he announced the Vikings TD so we ran in to watch it. I never did check back into KFAN to see if Paul lived through OT.

A highlight reel of PA including Jefferson's catch, being stopped at the goal line, the fumble TD to the INT in OT!!!
