From what Elliotte Friedman has said it’s not a slam dunk in Houston, but they have a building and potential. Sounded like when the NHL has met with the Rockets owner it wasn’t at a number the NHL liked. Curious if KC goes anywhere too as I didn’t realise they had an 18k seat building.

Koharski is a common sense type ref. Pretty good on the fly in the moment. Get into the weeds on the written rule and his weaknesses start to show. Which is why I find it hilarious that TNT chose him for these things. ?

I made it to the bitter end with a couple of naps in a couple of the OT's. I hate to invest that much into a game and not see it though. I usually root for the team that has former Gophers on it, but the way Carolina handled the Laffer situation last year, I really can't root for them.

Whatever it was about that game, tied in o.t, I couldn’t keep my eyes open. I felt like they were playing hockey with a golf ball and it was just hard to watch after awhile. Just me I guess
Both teams were being very careful to not make any defensive mistakes. Made for pretty boring OT periods.

It would surprise me if Dubas wanted to take that job immediately following his departure from Tronna.. Which means its likely to happen.

As is often said it was in no way a hockey play - Stone was already Down and Benn was not falling but purposefully struck out at Stone. I would like to say I would be surprised if there wasn’t supplemental discipline but this is the NHL.
