The Catholics vs the Convicts always has an old time football feel to it. And Miami always has their old time thugs on sideline.

They were showing the 30 For 30 on that rivalry, and IMO, one of the better episodes of that series.

I think it is the best 30 for 30.

The Tour De France/Lance Armstong/Greg LeMond is up there, and being biased, the Four Falls Of Buffalo gets me every time. 😉

When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.

That was a good one. All in all, the 30/30 is an excellent series, and the Netflix copycat series is solid, too.

My favorite is “The Best That Never Was” about Marcus Dupree. The story itself isn’t too extraordinary. It’s the story that’s not shown about how the filmmaker got the highlights. Apparently no one had any video whatsoever. It was an urban legend at how good Marcus Dupree was in high school. The filmmaker heard rumors of a man who lived alone in the woods in Mississippi who had old football films. Took months to track the guy down and then find a way to play the film. Eventually got it and you got see how dominant of a RB he was.

I did not know it was that...secretive, so to speak. Dang.
