Q is playing their normal 1-3-1 to clog the neutral zone but it limits their forecheck.
We need to be sound getting pucks through the natural zone. If we don't create their offense with turnovers I like our chances.
Keep up the pressure, no unnecessary chances. Don't give them any hope!
Q has already iced the puck 5 times clearing their zone and/or trying long passes.
Coach is playing the 4th line in a ground and pound strategy of willing to dump it in (due to the Q's 1-3-1) and forecheck deep in their zone.
This likely means a low scoring game but with the lead I am totally cool with that.
If we have the lead in the 3rd period then Q will have to change up their strategy, then you catch them and break the game open.
