We paid $70 per ticket for our B1G championship tickets. I want to way it was $10/$10/$10 + $15 + $25 per game. Can’t remember if there was a service/convenience fee (I’m sure there was). We were refunded $60 for round 1 ($30x2).

I would think that would be early enough for a 8pm puck drop but you still might experience a wait. Also, I know it’s spring break but it’s still a big campus and the students might be out in force with two big hockey games going on today. Sally’s might be a zoo with the average age of those in attendance being maybe 21. Just a heads up. Stub n Herbs will obviously be busy too but it’ll be an older crowd.

Even for other sporting events in the suburbs, this is true. Once someone plants their tush into a seat, it's staying there until it's time to get to the game.

Ran into an older gentleman at Cub Foods this morning with a nice gopher emblem on his sweater. I asked him if he was going to the game? It turns out he was Connor Kurth's father. He returned the question and I said that I had to watch it on TV. He replied that that's sometime the best view. I told him that when I attended games I always stood by the rail right on the center line for the entire game and never missed a thing. He said that a lot of parent's stand there also . . . .
Earlier I had seen a young man sporting a Fighting Sioux hoody with his daughter. I asked him whether he was going to the championship semi's or the high school hockey games. And his reply was a mumbled, "I don't know." He didn't look drunk to me . . . .

That breaks a streak of 15 straight games without a goal for Jaxon Nelson. Clearly just saving them for the playoffs.
The first 13 games of season he had 2 goals.
Then he had a 6 game stretch where he scored 5 goals.
Hoperfully that happens again over the next 6 games.
These refs are doing everything they can to help Sparty win this game in make the NCAA tournament. First they call the bogus penalty on Cooley to help give Sparty their PP goal and now they shallow the whistle on two potential Spartan penalties.

Switching back and forth between on the TV between the Edina/M-tonka and the Gophers game. The difference between the quality of the broadcasts is stunning. The Mariucci broadcast is horseS___T ! They are basically using one camera with an extremely wide angle.

Can we also take a second and appreciate the crowd that showed up? Decent numbers and really into the game.
