A couple of things. 1. Bet Dan Kelly is going to miss using his whole name when calling Michigan games.. Strauss Mann with a big save... 2. I know they have another goalie who shared time with him down the stretch,(Portillo) but I think is was odd that he waited this long to make a decision and that may hamper Michigan's attempt to replace him. I think all the good portal goalies are gone, but Michigan always finds a way to get a good recruit on their squad. So, no tears shed.

Even his own family calls him Strauss Mann as all one word. Goalies are weird.
Portillo is the replacement for him. He's a fairly high NHL Draft pick(not that that necessarily translates to being good, but he'll get every opportunity as the starter).

Was Columbus short on penalty kill situations or something? What does that guy do that helps a team?
His game is better suited for the pro game than college. But, I don't think he has the skill to stick in the NHL. Cup of coffee, but mostly an AHL guy.

Somewhat... Stauber was behind Moe at Holy Family and went another route. I think we he found out he might be behind Moe yet again, was probably happy about going somewhere else. Also might be tricky playing under Dad's Hobey baker shadow here.
