NCAA going backwards instead of forwards, like usual.

That has nothing to do with the start time. These regions are always like that

It’s obviously so 4 games can be televised on ESPNU during the same day. NCAA makes so much money from football & basketball…that hockey attendance during regionals is purely an afterthought.

couldn't agree more. Sat there and did silly slow tape to tape up top and only generated 2-3 shot attempts with Kato being in the lane for all of the initial shots. Only chances they had were after things broke after a deflection.

Now watching a half hour massively produced show on mascots.

it is just me or do those boards look really loose in Loveland. A simple check seems to just sway them back and forth a ton.

It’s a Thursday at 2pm. Most folks work and can’t pay the costs of a last minute flight, hotel, car, and other costs to places like Colorado or the east coast when they don’t find out until four days prior where their team is going.

It is what it is and as long as the format and locales are such for a niche sport don’t expect it to change.

I suppose I’m part of the problem because I’m not in Worcester.

It's not the team...it's some of the fans. I like some of the fans to be miserable rather than take on the bulldog affect.

It's a niche sport, so it's even easier to change the format. Campus sites. Period.
