• Son of Dave and Ann Snuggerud
• Has two older sisters, Ellie and Emma, and an older brother, Jake
• Is a third-generation Gopher joining his father, Dave (1986-87, 1989), and his maternal grandfather, James Westby (1958, 1962-63)
• Father, Dave, was an All-American for the Gophers in 1989 and went on to play nearly 300 NHL games for Buffalo, Philadelphia and San Jose
• Both his father and grandfather played for Team USA in the Olympics as Dave was on the 1988 team, while James played in the 1964 games
• First round selection (No. 23 overall) in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by the St. Louis Blues
• Second-highest player drafted by the Blues behind only Erik Johnson (No. 1 overall in 2006)
• Ranked No. 11 in the NHL Central Scouting’s final ranking of North American skaters heading into the 2022 draft
• First player in Minnesota history to wear the No. 81 sweater
