This past summer I formed an LLC (Jovian Enterprises LLC) to turn GPL in to a more legit business and give it a go to run this site on earnings from Google Ads and podcast ad revenue. So there will NOT be a "Donation-A-Thon 2024" to pay for the coming hosting renewal. I am going to do my best to see if those earnings will be able to keep GPL up and running and maybe even prosper a bit.
Right now, half of the Google Ads earnings go to Eric & Chris as writers, the other half goes to paying for things like the site hosting and podcasting streaming service we use and well as other small costs.
Donations: For those of you that are current and past donors, things should not really change for you. You will see no ads on the message board and less ads in other places on GPL. (Not all places) I have updated the donation page with the new PayPal Link for Jovian Enterprises, but I still need to get a Venmo account for the LLC.

FYI... I am working on implementing Dark Mode.
There is a plugin that will do most of the work for dark mode, but I want to get the "Pro" version of the plugin so I can tweak the theme colors a bit more and get it where I want it. It is actually pretty cool plugin. It will automatically switch to dark if that is what your phone/computer is set to. You can also set it manually as well.
Here is what is looks like out of the box before making any tweaks... A really good start
