My wife and I go up to Duluth and beyond for MEA weekend and anniversary weekend. With the Gophers playing in Duluth 2 weekends after MEA, we just pushed our get away weekend back. After northwest Montana... Duluth and northern Minnesota is one of my favorite places. Still have to take the wife to the UP of Michigan for a long weekend.

We've got a big group going to the home end on Friday and also to football vs. IL on Saturday so we're not trekking up.
We are going. Duluth is not as fun as it once was. Not a ton of options for pre and post game in Canal Park
Grandmas Sports Garden closing being the difference from yesteryear, it was close to Amsoil & relatively large for pre/postgame. But there’s other options, requires a bit more walking…
I am planning on attending both. Let me know if you have any advice on buying tickets from UMD on the 19th. Was planning to call in while trying online.

Ursa and the two cideries next door is a great way to spend an afternoon! A little OMC smokehouse and some Bent paddle too!
Don't forget Northern Waters they open their new location Monday where amazing grace used to be. Excellent move!
Lake Ave isn't exactly a traditional pregame sports bar but the food is excellent
