Yeah, it’s legal per the rules. Anyone that can read can see that. But Trouba elevates his shoulder up into his head as they’re coming together. I don’t like it, but how to legislate it out could be tricky. This is different from Dumba’s on Pavelski to me. Biggest difference of course is that Dumba didn’t even contact the head.
Panthers/Leafs will be fascinating. Can’t wait to see Matthew Tkachuk annoy the hell out of Leaf’s fans. It’s a very short trip. That locker room has to be incredibly confident. Wouldn’t surprise me to see them go on a 2014 Kings type run.

Agree... just can't get behind Seattle and Vegas. The way the NHL handled the Expansion Draft for those 2 compared to any other Expansion Draft was BS. I doubt the NHL is really considering more teams and expansion, but "if" they do, expansion teams will continue to be relevant season one while the rest of the teams take steps backwards.

While I agree with this especially with Hakstool coaching. but my brother in Seattle is now discovering the awesomeness of playoff hockey and watching every game. I’m rooting with him and Dallas is easy to hate.
He asked why we hate Hakstool so much and I said “they’d have to make a documentary to explain it”.

He should get suspended for the rest of the series but keeping your stars healthy is common sense so the league won’t be doing that.
He got 1 game, so they punished to the result not the act. If he hit above the glove and broke something like he was trying to do it could have been much worse.
Every time they show the Kiss Me commercial for the NHL I stop whatever I’m doing and watch it. So great.
