That was a good defensive game. I don't need a 49-38 game to be entertained. 😉

Agree… I rather see a 14-13 game over a 49-38 game. Though I prefer defense over offense in football.

That game was trash but def proves Aaron is the GOAT ? 😉

I always laugh when they compare and combine stats of Brady and Rodgers. My favorite it 8 Super Bowl Championships… lol!!! Brady has 7 and Rodgers has 1. How many other current NFL QBs have that same stat combined with Brady.

Titles are overrated when comparing QB talent. Know why? Trent Dilfer and Doug Williams have a combined 2 titles. Yet, the infamous Class Of '83 (John ElwayTodd BlackledgeJim KellyTony EasonKen O'Brien, and Dan Marino) are 2-9 in the Super Bowl. Just sayin'. 😉

Jimmy G steps on the back end zone line and then throws a pick 6, don’t think I’ve ever seen a play like that.

Agree… I have for years used the Doug Williams and Dan Marino comparison when someone wants to spout off about Championships.

Goes for all sports. Luc Longley has more titles than Karl Malone. 😉

No "Scorigami" though. 🙁 PIT defeated SD in 2008 by the same score.

NFL discontinues pro bowl game

Good. Heard that as well on the radio this morning.  Should have been done years ago.  It's the biggest waste of an "All-Star" game/event amongst the 4 major sports.

But had a brutal drop earlier. If I was as inconsistent in my job as NFL wide receivers are on the catching the ball I’d be looking for a new career path.

After taking a 7pm lead, worst case scenario in the 4th quarter for the Giants, bad mistakes, hurt players, turnovers, bad loss.

Hurricane Ian: Chiefs-Buccaneers Week 4 matchup unchanged, would be played in Minnesota if storm forces move

As Hurricane Ian is set to make landfall on western Florida on Wednesday, the NFL is solidifying its contingency plan for Sunday's Week 4 matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City Chiefs. That game is slated to kick off at Raymond James Stadium in prime time to wrap up the Sunday slate of games, and while things are fluid with the storm descending, that is currently still the plan, league executive Jeff Miller told the NFL Network

Man, I hope Tua is ok.

Must be that back injury flaring up again.

Seriously, I hope he's okay, but I fear MIA effed up and cheated him back into the game on Sunday after his head hit the turf. Long term effects, and all.

Then QB’s should wear two flags on their hip. As well as an off colored jersey then their team. Like a goalie in soccer or a libero in volleyball.

"How many years did you go to medical school to make that call"... j/k

I had a Dr. tell me that in a discussion in the lab at work.  He didn't like my opinion and made the comment above. I replied, "clearly you didn't go long enough". He stormed out saying something about he was going to report me.  I never heard a word. The same Dr. came in some other time telling us we had to listen to him, and we had to change our lab policy to accommodate him. He marched out and a bit later the lab sup. came in and I mention what the Dr. said about listening to him and accommodating to him.  Our sup. laughed walked out to talk to the Dr.  Needless to say, that Dr. never came into the lab again.

I can agree that I don’t know what you can expect the defender to do differently given the situation. Hard to legislate that out. Then again, I said the same thing about the Barr hit on Rodgers and they found a stupid way to do it regardless.

Tua is apparently flying home with the team tonight, because he's okay. Or something. This is pure BS on MIA. There is no way he's okay. 🙁

I see plenty of QBs and WRs going down once they know they are being tackled. Tia could have done that.

Wrong. I want a player's health more than a win. I don't care what it costs my team. If one is a true fan, or athlete, injury is the most of the concerns. To see MIA do this to Tua...it's shameful. 🙁

I truly haven't been that afraid for a NFL player in a long time.  It was down right scary to see his hands doing what they were doing as soon as he hit the turf.  Clearly it was a continuation of the injury he received on Sunday and the Dolphins may have submarined his career for this choice.  I don't put this on the d-lineman, you play until the whistle blows and if the QB doesn't go down then he accepts the risk.  I don't think the tackle was dirty, at first I thought it was a suplex as well but seeing the replay Tua was spun around pretty fast before going down and hitting the turf.  I would believe that the sheer speed was his undoing.

Again, I think the Dolphins have a big part in this and it may cost Tua his career.  He should not hit the playing field again this year.

I am the official Iowa Hawkeye football fan of GPL!

Miami is partially to blame, but Tua has to take responsibility as well.  None of us were in the Miami locker room and know what's going on.  Though anyone who has played sports or been in the locker rooms, know athletes play hurt and are not a 110% truthful with trainers and coaches.

We good. You had a fair point, and a LOT of Bills fans were getting flak on the Twitter for (allegedly) saying Tua shouldn't have played the rest of Sunday, much less last night. F the win. Player safety is first.

Question answered.  We hey have a grass field for Futbol and a turf field for Football.  The grass field is rolled out so they can play Football on the turf field and which lies under the grass field.  It’s really insane the money that is spent.
