What a disaster that “icing” call was.
That’s a slash??!
So let's debate who was on the ice for icing? What a load. Make them call a time out or give a delay penalty if they won't listen to the ref.
And that gets called?

Ek gets called for a slashing penalty.
The Wild are definitely not getting a fair shake from the refs. What they are calling vs. not calling is ridicule.
Playing with fire with these penalties.
I thought for sure Zuc would get one for having his stick held.

I was expecting a hold on him, because honestly that was kind of there. 😆

Not much the Wild can do about it when the refs are the ones striking the match and pouring the lighter fluid.
Not a good way to start the 3rd. Double minor
Weak clear attempt by Boldy.
Jfc
Good lord the fix is in.
How can they even defend this?
Wild should have the lead
Absolutely tackling a guy 50 feet away from the puck apparently isn't an interference penalty. 🤔 😡
Watch them disallow this.
JARED SPURGEON SAYS TAKE THAT REFS!!!!!!!!!
If they take this away it's whiskey bottle time
Wow, thought for sure the Wild would get steam cleaned on that one.

The kniggets might be the best tackling team in Las Vegas.

Vegas with the refs in their pockets and horseshoes up their asses
That was a penalty when Ek hit the puck carrier in the hands. Now it's not a penalty when the Vegas player does it.
GUS!!!

Went back and looked at the Hertl goal. That was 100% Hartman being a dumbass
Getting to OT when Ek, Kaprizov, Boldy have been invisible is pretty impressive. Hopefully they show up quickly.

What if it was already whiskey bottle time? Everclear?
Hill has also pushed the net off twice when we had possession in their zone
Do two handed overhand slashes count as penalties? Asking for a friend.

0-5 with a 2-1 series lead now.

Maybe they would have won if they had the early obvious penalties called
The linesmen calls in an intentional offside on the Wild and bring the faceoff into the Wild defense zone. Vegas scores.
Panger kept saying that but it could have been an icingThe linesmen calls in an intentional offside on the Wild and bring the faceoff into the Wild defense zone. Vegas scores.
Middleton SUFFERSOTA flub ends up in back of net! F—K! 🤬

That was one of the toughest losses I’ve experienced as a Wild fan. Was beginning to think this year was different. It’s far from over, but failing to take a stranglehold on the series, so frustrating & disappointing!
I agree. It was tough. I'll always hold a grudge against Vegas for starting on 3rd base, so that makes it worse. That was one of the toughest losses I’ve experienced as a Wild fan. Vegas had at least 3 straight power plays while the Wild didn't benefit from similar infractions. If Minnesota got the chances they deserved in the first period alone, the game would have turned out differently.
I'm no conspiracy theorist but in a smoky back room of NHL corporate, how many games do they want and which team would they advance?
Win last night and they have Vegas in a stranglehold, playing at HOME, and they make just enough critical mistakes to find a way to LOSE. Until they prove different, which they haven’t since beating St Louis in 2015 & Avs in 2014, they define the term SUFFERSOTA. They literally went from going up 3–1 and a 85% chance of winning series to 2-2 and probably a 35% of winning series in my view. It ain’t over, but will be if they lose game 5

Everyone says Game 5 is the lynch pin, and for good reason, but losing a home game that would have meant a 3-1 game advantage is on the same level, if not bigger.
I was thinking the exact same thing. If they take this away it's whiskey bottle time
Vegas gets paid to win games too. It was a good game, you're not going to win all of them against good teams. Bright side is that they got nothing from Kaprizov or Ek and still took the game to OT. I don’t see Kaprizov being that bad again.Win last night and they have Vegas in a stranglehold, playing at HOME, and they make just enough critical mistakes to find a way to LOSE. Only problem I had was Hynes not having the balls to play Buium on the OT PP. Gutless
An honest question from a LONG time hockey fan....
Which officials are better? Big Ten or NHL?
See how I did that?
Agree, as my oldest son said today, you either have to be all in with Zeev (QB on the power play) or don’t dress him. PP was 2 for 5 with him on it & the shorty was on Kaprisov, he was in solid position to defend, went forward instead, swiped & missed, which created the 2-1 break for LV.
