All of us these days. I used to think everyone else on GPL was "older" but, looking at the ages, it's safe to say we're all older now.
So do I make teams or throw sticks in the middle and go from there. Angel and Roberg get split apart.

I'm on week 3 of my Apple Fitness+ workouts, today was a bear with dumbell squats, reverse lunges, deadlifts, side lunges, sumo squats... by the skate I might be able to have good knee bend for 2 shifts.

Positions are played. No ref. We just call our own offsides.

Are you using the decreasing weight program with each curl? Amazing how that increases one's tolerance.

Yeah they need to remove it. Ice Mgr Double booked and since the other group gets ice there all the time they got that time.
