8pm Saturday night on BTN
Gophers were 2-1-1 vs Michigan this year.

This one feels like a sellout.
Good lord, Gophers. Please, please, PLEASE, win this game. I don’t know if I’ll be able to emotionally recover if we lose to Michigan in the B1G tournament on home ice for a third year in a row.
Tickets procured. 😀

Happy to get another game at Mariucci, definitely didn’t expect it. Glad we don’t face the infamous post kicking goalie.
Must only be open to STH currently? I’m def interested in going.Tickets procured. 😀

I think it's open to all and there are a lot of seats open. When I logged in I tried to order via a STH option for $15 each but said this was no longer available.
I got two in the club area, all tickets in the arena are same price ($20 + $2 fee) and I've never been up there with a seat.

BTN TV for me... We are having my oldest daughter's and nephew's bday party that evening. Here's to...
Go Ohio...
SKI-U-MAH...
GO GOPHERS!!!
Keep your stick on the ice...
I had to go thru big ten site to get to the gopher page that sells them but yeah I see it now.
I hope the Gophers come out flying! Play their game and don’t get sloppy! I like our chances!
Well Wisconsin sure showed us. 🤣
Need to tighten things up this game. The last time we looked like a championship team was the weekend we shut out PSU twice, but ever since then it's felt like we've had one issue or another and this is the time of year we want to be playing at our best.
6 games left.

Will be there, too. Either with the wife or daughter. Sec 5, Row A, 1-2.
Sides are almost sold out. UofM needs to promote this a bit more
What can the U do to get Students in there $5 tickets, Free Ticket with ID?

I would assume plenty of students will show up for this one. Not sure on the price for them.
I'm confident the students will be there. MI vs. MN in the B1G tourney has drawn well. They'll be back from spring break so shouldn't be a problem.

Student tix are $5 for this one, it will be full
Reminder/FYI - The Minnesota girls basketball tourney finals are Saturday night at Williams Arena. Class AAA at 6PM and Class AAAA at 8PM; I have no idea how they draw but traffic coming into campus could be a challenge. Smaller classes are at noon and 2PM Saturday also at Williams Arena.
I expect The U to send a traffic notification this week sometime but just in case.

So Pre Pay for parking would be a good idea??

Always is...
The U likes it too because the prepay passes are more than at the gate (go figure).
@cowgirl Really? Did not know that. We save on our season football parking pass, but have never prepaid a single game for any sport. Saw that we could for this past weekend's hockey games but wasn't real worried about it.
I usually divert to Oak Street if the stadium area is a mess.

we only found out because we bought passes for last weekend. $11 vs $10 if you pay upon entry.
It still baffles me that each year for the parking pass we are charged for 22 passes for regular season, and despite there being less games than that they cant figure out how to allocate those extra for STH to use for the big ten tourney.

The U's response
From Bob's presser--
Chesley keeps maturing. Can use the same description that was used for Faber on how he plays. The offense will come.
Fine tuning today. Tomorrow is the big practice day. Doing reminders today.
Bob doesn't like a 3 week tournament. Too little games and too much time off. Other coaches may be coming around to that.
Bob would suggest they extend the regular season a week.
Talked a lot about the playoffs in general. The ultimate eye is on the NCAA's.
Doesn't sound like any major injuries to worry about.
Carl Fish was next-
Always seem to find Michigan in the playoffs.
We just don't like each other.
Glad to be playing another game at Mariucci.
Chesley is really playing with confidence.
Said Cooley went out to eat with Snuggy and Chesley.
He doesn't get Bally's, so he has to catch up with the formers players online.
Pitlick was last--
Feels that Michigan feels like a bigger rival now like Wisconsin.
1 game series feels more like playoffs.
Said team is like an old school team.
Jess question of the day. Do you have friends on OSU to thank them for another home game? He asked this to both Fish and Pitlick.
*8k tickets sold already. Trying to sell 11k per someone talking in the back ground. Sounds like a lot of student tix sold as well.

About 200 tickets remain for Saturday

Nice!
I just hope I can make it. Right now it is not looking good. Been sneezing all morning and getting stuffed up. May have to sit this one out.

Just to reiterate, I LOVE THIS RIVALRY.
My favorite.
Here's hoping OSU has one last win in them and it's our turn to beat MI in the playoffs.

A repeat of this recent (2021) playoff win over Michigan would be cool.
It is playoff time where we all need to play hurt. 😊
In all seriousness I hope your are feeling better soon.
Oh... I am not feeling terrible, but I would hate to get others sick. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Not sure what happened but the U just opened a bunch of tickets up. Maybe tickets that were allotted for Michigan Easily 750 tickets sitting out there.

Not really the thread for this topic so I’ll keep it brief but since you posted this video it made me think, I’ll always be curious on how that team would have done during a conventional season. They were getting hot down the stretch of the 2019-20 season and generating a lot of excitement around the program before the pandemic hit. So for me it’ll always be one of those “what ifs” on how a normal 2020-21 season would have looked for that team.

They went 24-7 on the season. That’s pretty dang good. Would’ve made the Frozen Four if they faced anyone but Mankato (Hastings)
