Five questions to wake up your noodle. Answers in Monday’s email.

1. Quit While You’re Ahead: There have been six non-animated “Star Trek” TV series that have produced episodes since the end of “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” Name as many of them as you can for one point each. Zero points if you get any wrong. (Not counting “Star Trek: Short Treks,” which is more of a series of short films.)

2. The third iteration in the Xbox console series was released in 2013. Confusingly, it was called the Xbox BLANK. Fill in that blank.

3. What English singer-songwriter, who shares her stage name with the first queen of Carthage, rose to fame in America in 2000 after one of her songs was sampled by Eminem?

4. Lithuanian, Latvian, Latgalian, and possibly Samogitian, depending on who you ask, are the only living languages in what language family, spoken on the eastern shore of the sea of the same name?

5. Today is December 16. Born on this day in 1775, Jane Austen published four books during her lifetime, in addition to her posthumous works. We’re doing a second Quit While You’re Ahead: name as many of the books published while she was alive as you can for one point each. Zero points total if you get any wrong.

I knew the NFL didn't play early season games on Saturdays because of college football, but I had no idea it was actually against the law.

I did a very similar thing a few months ago when I was in NY. I just had to try the $.99 slice of cheese pizza. Just to see how bad it was. It was definitely only worth the $.99.
