Oh, let's also not forget that it's part of a military test range. As in... testing live munitions. They could kill you there by accident, without knowing you were even there.
LegalEagle asked a Marine Corps Major that was (among other roles) a prosecutor for the Judge Advocate General's office what would happen if thousands of people stormed Area 51 and where they would be tried. His answer was that they wouldn't be tried anywhere, because they'd be dead. Of course, the fact that it was a large number of people, and publicized ahead of time, that would make it less likely that they'd use lethal force.

Samsung SmartHub servers are down so any app that they host won’t work. Netflix seems to be the only one they don’t host. Don’t reset your TV, just gotta wait it out.
Trigger (10 eps, South Korean series): About two men (one is a cop, one is a mysterious ally) who are trying to solve a mess after firearms are suddenly widely available in South Korea, which used to be a gun-free country, through an unknown source.
I'm 3 episodes in, and there's a lot of action, even more intrigue. You see parts of the puzzle, and maybe they are connected, maybe not. I'm liking it so far, for sure.
When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.
Well, while the overall message was rather blunt, the path it took to get there wandered through more than a few turns. Very interesting thoughts and arguments from the different viewpoints, and one could nod at some points that either side provided (pro-gun, anti-gun, let's leave it at that). It is very much a thinker, as in, what is YOUR stance as you watch the "limited series" (BTW, HATE that term, just call it a mini-series as we did back in the day).
Recommend, just remember, unless you can put up with overdubs (I CANNOT), it is subtitled.

Challenger: The Final Flight: About the Challenger shuttle explosion.
I was in 6th grade when this happened, and was not mature enough to fully appreciate the catastrophe that it was. Watching this series...JFC WTF. Anyone who ok'd that flight, burn in hell. There were some that were moved to tears, said they made a wrong decision, ok, I will give some (but not a lot of) leniency. You can actually see they were emotionally moved talking about it.
All in all, the above is pure honesty of how I felt watching this limited series. This is a tough watch, definitely frustrating at times.

I have no words for the guilty parties that knowingly green-lit a flawed and by every account problematic mission with more than enough red flags to stop it before it happened.

Right? From all accounts there wasn’t a single party that had anything to do with the o-rings on the boosters saying the launch should go forward. Absolutely mind-boggling that it did.
Columbia was a bit different because the issue was created during launch and they had no way of knowing if the damage was bad enough, and even if they did options were very limited as to what you could do about it.
Have you heard of the Mexican series The Dead Girls (Netflix) which is supposed to be based upon the true events of 2 sisters in 1960's Mexico that built a brother empire? I'm trying to determine how much of it is based on reality, etc. I don't mind some poetic license, but I tend to shy away from shows that thoroughly shy away from true events.
Given our similar likes towards series like Narcos I figured this is something up your alley.
I saw it "recommended" or whatever, but I need to look into it. "Based on true events" and "this is a real story, but some things have been changed" are a world apart.

Queen Of The South: Book: Awesome. Univision/Telemundo series: First season: Kept to the book. The next 2? Wild cards. The US version?: Kinda did their own thing for 5 seasons. First season was cherry picked for details.

Thanks. I had my eye on the Telemundo version so I'll give S1 a shot. I didn't even realize there was more.
The other seasons are good, it's an imagining of what happens after. Note: there are a LOT of episodes in each season, I guess it was a daily "soap opera" or "telenovella" sort of thing.

Ohhhhhhh. Had no idea. I don't know then. In the era of you can watch whenever you want, I can barely stomach 8 episodes of anything even when it's good. I'm like a cat that sees a shiny new toy 5 episodes in and gets easily distracted. 🤣

S1 of La Reina Del Sur is 63 episodes, each about 40 minutes long.
