You know how sometimes Closed Captioning is kind of "off" when watching a show/sports/etc but it's close enough?
That is the same as the yellow first down marker in the NFL, the clocks on tv for sportsball, etc.

I DO expect the green light and horn in the arena to be linked to the clock so that as soon as the clock hits 0, the green light and horn get activated.

Hockey East was close but missed in 2017-18 because Notre Dame had moved to the Big Ten and made it that year.
