GPL Podcast #204: Don’t be the hero. Let the hero come to you.
I came to the conclusion during the podcast that this team needs to stop having players “be the hero”. Just play smart hockey and the hero will come to you. Hopefully that starts happening this weekend! But this was a packed show as we talked about the Michigan split before the break. The cancelled World Junior Tournament. The Michigan blunder when they cancelled on Western Michigan. We even got a bit in to the exhibition games, the Michigan State series and also who from this team is expected to leave to play with Team USA for the Olympics. So a very busy episode!
