I have been using the same WordPress (WP) theme here ever since we moved to WP. I am finding out that the theme I chose has not really been updated in years. They just make tweaks to work with new versions of WP, but that is it. So I cannot take advantage of the newer things on WP.
Whaat I am finding though it that EVERY DAMN THEME uses the the Hamburger type menu on mobile. I have just never been a fan of that experience and I have always loved the normal menu we have on GPL. It is the exact same on desktop as it is on mobile. So I have really hesitated on going to something new.
I will keep messing around with the staging site and see if I can come up with something to bring us in to a new era.
If anyone has WordPress experience and knows of any decent themes we could use... Please share it! There are literally THOUSANDS of WP themes and finding the one you want is very difficult.

I have installed a new WordPress theme for GPL. It is a work in progress as I need to update some pages due to code changes. But I hope I can get that all done today.
The theme doesn't look much different, but I did that on purpose. People freak out when the change is drastic, so I kpet it simple.
I assume there will be issues here and there. Just let me know and I will try to fix them.

one wierd thing I’m experiencing is in this reply box it is automatically enlarging it a bit when first opened when the box is clicked on to type. It doesn’t seem to cut off any text within the box (but it ends up right to the edge of the screen with no margin) , but does make some of the GPL screen extend beyond the edges of the phone screen. If you shrink it back to normal it still reverts to zooming in even if you hit done, and then go back in to type. Let me know if you need a picture of what I’m poorly trying to explain. 😂

It’s only the words in the topics list that look a little thinner so it’s really not a big deal, thanks for the tip tho!

I just noticed that I somehow removed the user profile widget on portal mobile page... So I am just noticing things too. LOL
