In todays NFL, if a DB lights up a WR they’re gonna call a penalty but he led with his shoulder, I’m not sure what else he could do.

Hit him literally anywhere else but the head or neck. He went for the knockout blow and got flagged for it. He left his feet to hit him high. Arguing otherwise is just silly.
