@gator the video shows him jumping up then he tumbles body in motion over and over again, did some one push him?

He looks very limp in his fall leading me to be unintentional on his behave. And it happened on a Andrew McCutchen double which is reason stand/jump up quickly.

That's one of the strangest videos I've ever seen. It looks like he was literally ejected up and forward, almost like he did it on purpose.

Great to hear… Rose should’ve been banned as a Mgr, but not as a player.

Random fact I just saw:
Tony Gwynn had more assists in college bouncyball at SDSU (590) than strikeouts in his 20 year MLB career (434). WTF

When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.

This is MLB strikeouts, though.

I really didn't think anyone would challenge the WSox for the worst record in my lifetime but it appears the Rockies are well on their way.  They did almost win a series against the Yanks so maybe they are turning things around.  But, wow, that is a sad franchise at the moment.

So, if I subscribe, how do I go about watching the Twins games through my Roku device or Google TV?

Wow!  The Hank Aaron tribute during the ASG was absolutely brilliant.

Knocked it out of the park!

@greyeagle

Very cool!   We are on vacay so I recorded the derby and ASG.  So much cool stuff they can do with technology these days.  Thanks for sharing!

We are going to a swing off!!!! 🤔

A three player for each team home run contest to decide the game which is tied at 6 after 9 innings.

The “Swing Off” to avoid extra innings at the ASG was fun.

If MLB goes NHL and decides this should become a regular season staple then it’s shark jumping time. The runner in 2nd gimmick is questionable already but at least it’s a game situation. Penalty shots used to fun because they were rare, now even they are boring (at least to me) because shootouts happen nightly.

Oakland’s Nick Kurtz, just a year out of Wake Forest, with a 4 home run game, 6 runs and 8 RBI’s.

It has been a brutal 10 days with deaths.

I was recently informed by a GPLer that I'm related to Airey

I played second base in little league and Ryne was the player I knew more than any other that played the position so I looked up to him.  The Cubs were so easily consumed on TV on WGN if you had cable in the mid to late 80's so watching him play was easy.  An argument could be made that he was second to only Ernie Banks as a beloved Chicago Cub.

I am the official Iowa Hawkeye football fan of GPL!

You're not going to get much of an argument there.  Ernie Banks was Mr. Cub... Ryno was a close second.

Not really MLB related but baseball related.  My co-worker’s wife works for the Saints.  The Savannah Banana experience was in town this last weekend at CHS Field.

She said it was awful.

In her opinion the Savannah Bananas and their offshoots play well in small snippets on social media but for 6 hours it was sensory overload and took way too long.

I was going to get tickets for this but glad I didn’t.  I am interested in the cosmic baseball experience however and hope that eventually comes to town!

Six hours?  Oi!

I stand corrected.  There was a 2 hour pre-game party and a 2 hour post game party.  Game itself was 2 hours.

She also said the behind the scenes people for the Savannah Bananas experience were very rude.
