Is PJ going to get a mayo bath? The winning head coach of the Duke's Mayo Bowl usually gets one.
He said he would if we win...so win.
Next years schedule

I was recently informed by a GPLer that I'm related to Airey
Bye week before Rutgers & Oregon.. you never know.
Cal would be a fun roadtrip.

I'm going to Cal for sure. It sounds like its even easier to get tickets than UCLA was and I love Northern California!
Aloha!
I don’t understand why the Cubs would allow the grass get destroyed by football teams.
I’ll prob go to Oregon as I have a buddy who lives in Portland. Gophers prob get stomped but would be fun regardless.
1) Love our schedule for 2025
2) Some really interesting road game opportunities (hoping to go to Cal and NU at Wrigley)
3) Will be at IL vs. Rutgers for Dad's weekend, look forward to another change to root against Rutgers
4) Stupid Ohio State losing to MI, cost us Nashville or possibly even Reliaquest, but really kudos to Ohio State because it's Iowa who really got hosed in the bowl scenarios
FWIW - not only because these type of rankings can sometimes be dubious, but also surely there is a lot more movement to come:
There is another portal season so it doesn't mean much as a ranking, but they brought in a lot of very solid players at positions of need which is more important.
That's pretty much what I just said. 😉
Are these announcers calling the game from the moon? Sounds like crap.
I can’t imagine a more friendly schedule next year if they let PJ pick who they play. Wish we could still have Brosmer too….
Love the fake QB sneak to seal the game. Brosmer said in the postgame interview they held on to that play the whole season.
I wouldn’t say I predicted that play or anything but part of me figured PJ would trust him to ice the game with his arm in his last game and I wasn’t surprised after it happened. I remember earlier in the season the announcers talking about how PJ mentioned that letting Brosmer make easy passes was just as good as running the ball effectively (or something to that effect).Love the fake QB sneak to seal the game. Brosmer said in the postgame interview they held on to that play the whole season.
I feel like the gophers OC’s call some of their best games in bowl games.
Ill give Fleck credit for not being a baby about it. Other coaches had ponchos, face shields, etc.
He sat there and took it lol.
Note: Due to inflation dirty deeds will no longer be done dirt cheap.
Out of all the coaches out there Fleck is one of very few who do what he did.
Keep your stick on the ice...
I also found it hilarious he bear hugged Goldy afterwards. There’s a dry-cleaning bill!Out of all the coaches out there Fleck is one of very few who do what he did.

Awesome endorsement!

This will 100% be used during the in game videos at all sports.

Goldy already stinks (atleast Hockry Goldy). A little mayo might help.
If you have ever passed up Goldy or passed down. You’ll understand how bad Goldy smells… lol!!!

thanks for bringing up gross memories. 😝
I’ll never forget stinky sweaty Goldy. He (or she) never appreciated when we’d start yelling “what’s that smell, what’s that smell?!” back in our student section days.
It would take days to get the smell out your hands and nasal hears.

This is my wife’s nightmare. She loathes mayonnaise.
@karlsson lol. Me too, I loath most condiments. Ketchup is #1, mayo a close second.

Miracle whip all the way baby! 🤣

I like mayo and mustard, but not in as much quantity as some. It is easy to overdo it. Not a fan of ketchup or most bbq sauces. Any amount of those and they are all I can taste. Too sweet for my palette. Ranch? Meh. Take it or leave it usually. If there’s a lot of it, ew.
Mayo, ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce and even Miracle Whip all have their time and place on either a burger, hotdog or sandwiches.
Keep your stick on the ice...
Ketchup is for 3 year olds (exception: baked on top of meat loaf).
Sweet BBQ is meh, smoky BBQ is awesome.
Mayo/sour cream/bleu cheese/ranch can burn in hell.
Hot sauce rules.
When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.
No ranch or blue cheese for your hot wings?!?!?!
Keep your stick on the ice...
I like my BBQ dry rubbed… but I like my wings… all flats like sauce (whatever flavor or heat that I’m craving) and both blue cheese and ranch.
Keep your stick on the ice...
Back to mayo… Mexican corn… a corn cob rolled in mayo with a number a different items sprinkled on it.

Elote: Grilled corn, creamy mayo, cojita cheese, & chili powder.
It’s fantastic and worth a trip to El Burrito Mercado on summer weekends for this tasty treat.

Ketchup & yellow mustard are bleh.
I swear we haven't bought a bottle of ketchup in years, just get whatever is left over from the cabin each fall and toss the one from the year before. I only use yellow mustard as a binder if I'm smoking some ribs or a a pork butt for for pulled pork.
Mayo >>>> Miracle Whip
Actual mustard, hot mustard, honey mustard >>>>>>>>yellow mustard
I like most BBQ sauce and if a burger isn't that good and needs something it's my go to.
