I’ve been playing in the WHAM hockey tourney this wknd and played already this morning (as well as yesterday morning). I apologize to my Gold teammates if I run out of gas. But especially for my rank smelling and still wet gear.

I’d vote for monthly. I need to start doing more cardio though…that was intense! But great to meet and re-meet several of you. And thanks to the “fans” that came out!

And what a perfect day for a couple beers in the parking lot afterwards.

The drive back to Mankato was just long enough to allow my muscles to remind me they haven’t been used like that in a while. It was a lot of fun and great to see some familiar faces!

Wow Team Gold made out like bandits in that deal… clearly HB playing goalie all those years was a mistake by Rubes management.

I want to try and make one if done monthly. ~16 years posting here and have never met anyone in person.

I played net one time like ten years ago, I could prob do it again for one of these if needed.

Glad I skate weekly! Just a little bit in the inner thighs since I normally don’t skate that hard, and usually only an hour. A good sore though!

And tired. Up super early for a dentist appt.

I feel pretty good after my executive workout at the Y this morning; one mile walk on the treadmill, 10 minutes in the steam sauna, and 15 minutes in the hot tub...and some Aleeve.

Besides a little general soreness in the hips I'm doing ok. Over the last couple of years I've been hitting the gym 3 to 4 times a week so I know that the extra cardio I'd helping. My play? Well, that's a whole different thing

I get free cryotherapy at the gym. I may go this afternoon

Ha! I went down easier than a UMD player on that last one.

I count 23 people. Rosters with goalies added up to 24. I don’t know who everyone is, so can’t tell you who wasn’t in the picture. ?
